All plans are month-to-month – no contract required. If you prefer, automatic monthly payments can be set up. All plans offer one month free with annual pre-payment. There is also a one-time setup fee of $45 for all plans.

 Addons – for Preferred or Premium Plans

WooCommerce – $100/month. If your site uses WC (or any ecommerce plugin), we will audit the site to see how complicated your ecommerce setup is. For example: Simple shops with just a few products and no complicated shipping or tax rates may be covered under the plan. More complicated installations will require the addon.

Hosting – $40/month. Reliable, secure, and fast managed WordPress hosting takes all the worry out of the issues you face with bargain-basement shared hosting.

 Service Descriptions

Offsite Backups – Daily backups are stored in a secure location completely removed from where your site is hosted. This means you’ll always have a backup no matter what happens.

Updates – Your WordPress website needs regular maintenance to perform as you want it to. Updates are always being made to WordPress, themes, and plugins. Keeping your site up-to-date is extremely important, because many updates are security fixes and patches that will prevent potential exploits of your site.

Malware Scan – We scan on your site to proactively look for hacks and viruses. This is not 100% guaranteed, but will catch most problems.

Priority Support – When you have concerns, questions, or updates you want made, you automatically go to the front of the line.

Uptime Monitoring – We monitor your site every 30 minutes to make sure it is online. If it is down, we investigate and attempt to fix the issue.

Premium Plugins – We maintain developer licenses to premium plugins (such as Gravity Forms, Advanced Custom Fields, BackupBuddy, etc) and will use our license for your site, so you don’t need to pay for your own license each year.

Remove Spam – We check your comments and new users and remove those that are obvious spam. If there are ones we’re unsure about, we notify you.

*Site Support – We will do new development, content updates, and fixes on your site. For Preferred Plans, this includes 30 minutes (total) within a month. For Premium Plans, it includes up to 5 individual tasks (up to 20 minutes for each one). Additional support over these amounts will be billed at a discounted rate.

Malware Cleanup / Site Restore – Should your site suffer an attack, or be corrupted for any reason, we will restore it completely, at no extra charge.
